INFORMATION
The undersigned Senior Assistant City Prosecutor hereby, accuses
CHRISTIAN ALLEN DE ASA y AREVALO, 43 years old, single, resident of
No. 44 Leveriza St. Brgy. 22 Pasay City, of the crime of “R A P E”, committed as
follows:

That sometime in February 2018, in their house at No. 44


Leveriza St., Brgy 22, Pasay City and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused above named with lewd design, by
means of force and intimidation to wit: did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously induced , to drink an iced tea laced with
drugs causing her to lose consciousness and thereafter have carnal
knowledge with the said Khristine Mantilla y Betancor, thirteen (13)
years old, a Minor, against her will and consent, to her damage and
prejudice.
