Position Manager- Business Development


Reports to Senior Manager- Operations
Location Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi
Role and Responsibilities  Overall P&L accountability of the sales and marketing of the
hotel.
 Coordinating daily hotel operations with the Senior
Manager- Operations. Attend daily briefing to discuss
previous contacts with companies to solve problems if any.
 Proposing hotel’s sales and marketing plan and P&L in
consult with the Senior Manager- Operations and V.P Sales.
 Key Client interactions to be established.
 Business Development. Going into the market to regular
and new companies to generate business.
 Promote banquet and other Food & Beverage
outlets within the hotel as well as rooms.
 Handle and attend to guest requests,
complaints regarding hotel services.
 Ensure proper documentation on in-house
sales process, account profile, and room
night’s production.
 Perform related duties and special projects as
assigned.
Experience More than 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing.

Educational Qualifications Candidate must be MBA in Marketing and have experience in hotel
industry.
Process of Selection Sourcing profiles through hospitality recruitment consultants, job
portals, referrals. Screening by HR, First level interview by Hotel
GM, Second level interview by SBU Head, Pay fixation / Ref check /
documentation by HR
Pay Package CTC : Approx 5-6 lacs/annum
