I. Attendees Present:
All EPP/TLE school coordinators of Pobcaran District were all present.
II. Highlights of the Meeting:
The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Pamela Adrales
(TSIS)
Dr. Camenia C. Abel, EPP/ TLE Principal Consultant warmly
greeted us before the meeting started.
Ma’am Abel introduced us the new EPP/TLE District
Coordinator, Ms. Joanne C. Ecolin of Caloocan Central
Elementary School.
Ma’am Joanne C. Ecolin discussed the following agenda:
1. K to 12 Curriculum in EPP/ TLE/ Budget of Work
EPP for Grade 6 is now TLE for the preparation of
Grade 7
Medium of instruction for TLE is English
Budget of work for Grades 4 and 5 should be
aligned in the K to 12 Curriculum.
Budget of work for Grade 6
First Quarter - Home Economics
Second Quarter – ICT/ Entrepreneurship
Third Quarter – Agriculture
Fourth Quarter – Industrial Arts

discussed the following agenda:

1. Proper use of Curriculum Guide
Lesson Plan should be DLL under Deped Order No. 42 s. 2016.
Curriculum Guide should always available in the Teacher’s table.
Objectives must not have totally copied from Curriculum Guide.
Sub tasking should be done if the objective is broad.
2. Budget of Work
Budget of Work for TLE 6
First Quarter - Agriculture
Second Quarter – Home Economics
Third Quarter – ICT/ Entrepreneurship
Fourth Quarter – Industrial Arts
55 days per quarter
Format- landscape
Budget of work of Grades 4 and 5 is the same.
3. Skills Competition
Division Skills Competition will be on August 26, 2017 at Deparo
Elementary School (Saturday)
District Skills Competition is up to the Principal Consultant.
Train pupils as early in July
Guidelines for every skill will be posted on the group.
4. Gulayan sa Paaralan
It should be available in every school.
Can be used in school feeding.
5. Demo Caravan
2 Demonstration Teachers per District- 1 for A.M and 1 for P.M.
Schedule for the Demonstration Teaching
September 1 day per district Tanque and North II
October 1 day per district Pobcaran and North I
November 1 day per district North III and North IV
December 1 day per district Aromar
Any area, any grade level and it depends on the expertise of
the teacher.
Lesson plan should be in DLL form.
Choose one school within the District for the Demo venue.
6. Training on Entrepreneurship
It will be on October
3 days training
Participants – 2 to 3 teachers that are capable to demonstrate
any skills that can produce a product like sewing pot holders,
baking cookies etc.
Notes from Dr. Parrocha
DLL- all activities should be congruent to the objectives.
If the lesson is related to performance activity – rubrics should be
used in the assessment.
DLL – all parts of the lesson plan should be found in DLL or DLP.
