at puliyakkode, nellikkaparamb,mukkam, Kohikode, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:-
1. I’m the rerspondentt in the above writ petition. i am conversant with the facts of this case.
2. all the averments and allegations contained in the writ petition,except those which are specifically admitted
hereunder,are incorrect and are denied

4. the property belongs to the muncipal corporation of farook ,so there is no easement right
