West Setia
West Setia is the purpose built semi-submersible self-erecting tender assisted
drilling (TAD) rig delivered on 14th August 2005, which is an enhanced design
of West Alliance for harsher environment with higher air gap for mooring in
deep water, to enable it to work on TLPs and SPARs in up to 6,000 feet of
water depth with pre-laid mooring. The targeted area of operations of West
Setia includes South East Asia, West Africa, Brazil, Gulf of Mexico and
Western Australia environments.
