Strategies for Making New Friends

Evaluation activities/ unit # 1

 Oral: Students will record a video in which they explain the way they make new
friends and the strategies that they use. The video will be sent via email.

 Written: Students will be asked to create a survey with follow up questions about
the strategies to approach someone and make a new friend. The surveys will be
shared via email.

Evaluation activities/ unit # 2

 Oral: Students will record a video using pictures about their interests. I.g “I like to
play the piano” (the student should show a picture of him doing this activity). They
should use at least 10 (ten) activities that they can/can’t do, like, prefer, hate or the
things they are good at.

 Written: Describe a family member’s favorite activities, also, make use of


vocabulary such as can/can’t, love, like, hate, prefer and enjoy; at the end, students
should describe what their family member is good at and is not interested in.

My sister love and enjoy watching movies comedic. She can spend a whole day
watching movies. She also like listen to classic music and hates rap.
She in the morning usually go for a walk with her pet,
she really likes this activity. The weekends she prefers goes to the beach with
friends, for they really this is fun and interested. But she hates cooking and washing
dishes, she can't make rich food, so he doesn't like it. Into activities
within activities that don't seem interesting
to my sister are playing chess, so I agree with her, it's not fun.
