Brute Force Construction Co., ltd is a reliable company in house construction. It has been active in
construction project for the last 7 years. The main aim of this company is to fulfill the needs of
customers and satisfy them by providing the best possible outcome. We provide a luxurious life to our
customer at reasonable price.
Recently our company signed a contract of construction of house in Bahria town phase 8 with Mr. Ali.
He floats a tender about the new house construction with specify the requirements. And choose our
company for this project because we provide a reliable house at reasonable cost. The duration decided
for this project is one year with basement, ground floor and first floor. And the cost for this project is

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The objective of this project is to achieve the triple constraint. The triple constraint consists of time,
scope and cost. Our first objective is to complete the construction within one year as mentioned in the
contract. For this purpose we distribute our project phases in different months.

In this project keeping all expenses in mind I can say that the estimated budget require for this project is

RISKS MANAGEMENT PLAN
In case of any risk we will be called on meetings between the project manager and project team. High-
level plans for conducting the risk management activities will be defined in meetings. All the project
team will be responsible for risk handling. It is the responsibility of project manager to focus on the main
risks which might create a big problem for the project.
