Job Description:
Managers should set as an example to every employees and know how to
uplift the staffs during tired or busy moments inside the shop
He/ She must be good at decision-making and can handle every situations
smoothly and professionally
Create specific reports which can be done daily, weekly, monthly or
annually depending on the requirements of the shop. It involves revenues
and expenses
Set rules and regulations that must be followed by staffs in order to
maintain positive environment and operations
Technician
Job Specifications:
He/ She must know how to operate a kiosk machine or other machines
needed in a pizza shop like Closed Circuit Television or CCTV
Ability to read schematics and manuals
He/ She must have a 2 years of work experience as a machine operator
Job Description:
Monitoring every machines to ensure quality production and to prevent
unplanned stops of the machines
He or She is well-trained and can work quickly in a fast-paced and high-
speed environment like pizza shops.
Can communicate with the manager and employees on what is the proper
way of handling machineries for it to be long-lasting
Cashier
Job Specifications:
He/ She must be at least 25 years of age
Obtain basic math and computer skills
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Well-trained
Job Description:
He/ She must be approachable to every customers by answering their
questions and providing advice and recommendations
Know how to operate scanners, cash registers and other electronics
Ensuring all prices and payments are accurate and provide receipts to all
customers
Head Chef
Job Specifications:
He/ She must be at least 25 years of age
Received training at community college, culinary art schools and 4-year
colleges
He/ She must have a 2 years and above work experience as a Chef
Tried various recipes or delicacies specially making a pizza
Job Description:
Leads the whole kitchen staff on the recipes or foods to be served in a
pizza shop
Always check the quality of the food and ingredients
Monitors the cleanliness of the working area and equipments
Can create innovative ideas to make unique and new recipes
Plan all the menus
Assistant Chef
Job Specifications:
He/ She have formal culinary training
Have previous restaurant experience
Have certain abilities like working under pressure and organizational skills
Job Description:
He or She can lead the kitchen team if the Head Chef is not around
Organize kitchen stuffs or ingredients
Ensures the cleanliness of the workplace
Assists the head chef with menu creation
Service and Kitchen Staff
Job Specifications:
He/ She must be at least 25 years of age
