Our prices are valid till 30 Days from this quotation date. 

2.4 Type of Contract 
Our proposal is on a Lump sum basis in accordance with the tender documents. 

2.5 Variation 
All works not included in the Drawings & BOQ mentioned above or any change in quantities 
will be considered as extra works.

 Supply any kind of sanitary ware, accessories, angle valves, and bottle trap & flexible pipe.
 Factory witnessed tested for the Equipment.
 Elevators Works.
 Incoming Power Supply Cable from ADDC, KWH Meters.
 Any Additional quantities more than the BOQ. 

IV‐ SITE FACILITIES 

We would require the following facilities arranged free of charge: 

 Site Offices.
 Store & Fabrication space, Water & Electricity required to carry out the Work.
 Permits to carry out the work as and when required to be provided by the client.
