A. Preliminary Activities

1. Prayer

B. Motivation

- The teacher will divide the class into three groups, and after that the
teacher will give a puzzled picture to each group and let them arranged it
and post it in the board and every group will choose a representatives to
explain the image in the puzzled picture. The group who will finish first will
receive a reward.
C. Presentation/Discussion

- The teacher will discuss the meaning of ACTION VERB with the students and give
or provide examples for better understanding.

D. Activity

Instructions: With the same group, the teacher will give each group a copy of a
poem entitled “MY BUSY DAY” and let the students underline the action verbs that is
present to the said poem.

E. Analysis

The teacher will present a certain group of words and ask the pupils if it is an Action
verb or not.

F. Abstraction

- The teacher will ask or give the summary of the discussion.
