PROPOSED NAME OF THE BUSINESS

Having a catchy and unique name is a big plus point to attract the audience
attention. The word “pulcharam” is from the latin language which means “beautiful”
because we will serve and cater every woman’s need from head to toe and we will make
the entire woman beautiful.

ADDRESS OF THE BUSINESS

Our factory and office is located at Brgy. Bagumbayan Tigbauan, Iloilo. Our place is
near the national high way so the transportation was smooth and easy. There is good water
supply in the area so we have 1 hectares land where we will cultivate and plant to acquire
the supply for the ingredients of our products.

NAME OF THE OWNERS

Dr. Missy Torrechilla is a dermatologist. She grew up in the farm and middle class
family. Her father is a farmer while her mother is unemployed. She worked hard to become
a dermatologist. She worked as a product promoter of lush skincare at Watsons
[Link] Corporation inspired her to establish her own business. She loves to use
the products from Lush because they are organic and eco-friendly but they are so
expensive for woman who have low salary so she thought of making something similar to
Lush products but for the affordable price.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Pulcharam Beauty will produce organic skincare and cosmetics products. The
products that we will produce are mask, toner, facial wash, essence, facial spray, serum and
shower gel while for the cosmetics we will be making foundation, face powder and
lipsticks. The skincare products are 100% organic and vegetarian. Before you purchase the
product there will be a survey that will help the customer choosing the best and suitable
products. Our mission is to make entire women beautiful.

LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

We have physical store at 3rd floor Nt. Building and front of our office and we will

The 1 hectares land was inherited from Dr. Torrechilla’s ancestors. The machine
and equipment is approximately PHP 1,000,000 while the seedlings that we will plant will
import internationally and will cost PHP 600,000. For the packaging we will have a direct
supplier, the budget is PHP 500,000. The budget for the salary of the employees is PHP
3,000,000. The total cost of the business is PHP 5,100,000. The funds and budget for this
business is from the owner’s pocket and investors.

Pulcharam beauty is a organicskincare production industry that will produce


standard and effectuve organic skincare and cosmetic products such mask, toner, facial
wash, essence, facial spray, serum and shower gel while for the cosmetics we will be
making foundation, face powder and lipsticks.

In the United States of America the number of skincare production companies and
cosmetic and beauty care companies are increasing rapidly but in our country, Philippines
there are a few companies that produce a good and effective products.

Much more than producing quality, effective, and safe organic skincare products,
our customers care is going to be second to none. We know that our customers are the
reason why we are in the business which is why we will go the extra mile to get them
satisfied when they purchase any of the product and also to become our loyal customers
and ambassadors.

We, the manufacturer and distributor will ensure that all our costumer (wholesale
distributors) are given first class treatment whenever they visit our factory. We will
guarantee that we get our costumer involved when making some business decisions that

Distribution Truck Drivers

 Assists in loading and unloading cosmeceutical skin care products


 Maintains a logbook of their driving activities to ensure compliance with federal
regulations governing the rest and work periods for operators
 Keeps records of vehicle inspections and make sure the truck is equipped with
safety equipment
 Assists the transports and logistics manager in planning their route according to
a delivery schedule
 Local – delivery drivers may be required to sell products or other services to
stores and business on their route, obtain signatures from recipients and collects
cash
 Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from
manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
 Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive
