NCC Limited: Plan For Concrete Levelling and Finishes

NCC Limited outlines a plan for concrete leveling and finishes. The plan specifies four methods that can be used to check leveling and alignment: using a water level, plumb line, theodolite fixed at a distance point, or hair lines fixed to forms. Care must be taken to lay the concrete at a proper level using one of these methods. All concrete surfaces must have an even, clean, and reasonably smooth finish free from defects like honeycombs or air bubbles. Formwork joint marks exposed to view will be rubbed and patched with cement mortar. After removing forms, holes and defects will be filled with cement mortar as well.
