A. Rationale
Presidential proclamation No.479 titled Declaring the Month of November of Every
Year as Filipino Values Month. Every country has different values and Philippines has the
best values in the world. Filipinos have the great qualities everyone should be proud of.
In line with the observance of National Filipino Values Month, San Agustin
Elementary School (SAES) conducted different activities that would help the pupils to realize
the importance of Filipino values. It aimed to instill to every young Filipinos the
characteristics that set Filipinos apart from the other nations.
