All materials used in the manufacturing of the Decca wiper are the very best available:
Self- adjusting polyamide track rollers
Sealed stainless steel bearings (ATSI 316).
Housing in seawater resistant aluminium with powder coated surface for maximum weather resistance
Unique carriage assembly does not weaken the drive belt

A. Engine
The standard motor is a Parvalux 220v DC.

3. Wiper carriage
Wiper carriage moved from side to side.

C. Wiper arm
Wiper arm detach with tree screws. Adjust and adapt to the height of window.

D. Drive belt

Before delivering the wiper are tested for five hours and the belt are adjust in correct length.

F. Marking label
Inside the engine cover and below wiper on the left side can you find the marking label. On each
marking label you also find the serial number.

G. Parking Sensor
Decca wiper has automatic parking.
The wiper has an inductive sensor to start and stop the engine. No mechanical switch.

H. Heating element
There are heating elements above and below roller tracks. Heating effect is 75W per meter. The
elements detach the main power cable.

I. Wiper arm
Wiper arm detach with tree screws. Adjust and adapt to the height of window.

J. Wiper blade

The lenght of the wiper blade is maximum 1000 mm.

K. Cable outlet.

With Ordering of spare parts, please admit the special serial number for the wiper.

2. Warranty
Our equipment is guaranteed for 2 years, with extended 5 years for 3-phase AC induction warranty on the
motor, Wiper shall not be exposed for any additional surface treatment such as sandblasting or any odder form
for surface treatment. This will affect the warranty. Also ifthe wiper is altered or not install correctly accord to
the installation manually.

Decca Wiper gives you the flexibility to manage a fully functional window wiper system with integral wash and
air purge The system also controls wiper and bridge window heaters from a conveniently positioned control
location.
Individual or group options allow for either separate control switches to operate each wiper independently, or a
master group control switch for all wipers. Decca wiper controllers have grouped wash and heater switches.
Additional cut-out plates are available in arrays of up to 7 ways for installation options.

Control unit assembly with collected operation

Control unit can be assembling on bulkhead or console.
Control unit coimect to the electronic unit with patchable or direct to the panel unit next to a
wiper.
The depth of the control unit is 150mm and there must be a 40-50mm clearance for the cable
attachment. Attached the Control unit with 4 screws trough the front panel.

Description
Decca Wiper Water Spray System can easily be integrated with Decca Straightline Wiper, or
assembly independent of wiper type direct to bulkhead. Water Spray System consists of
12mm acid proof steel, acid proof steel T-coupling and special nozzle for more efficient
cleaning of window.
Decca Wiper Water Spray System can be used on several windows simultaneous, independent
number of wipers connected to freshwater system onboard the ship. To prevent ice damage,
it's recommended to connect Water Spray System to air and blow air trough the pipes after
spraying the window.

Spray System
Decca Water Spray System is based on water from freshwater holding tank from the boat and
blowing air trough the pipes after spraying the window. Standard dimension of pipe is
øl2mmx 1mm 316L acid proof pipe.

1 Timer

Above system is based on one operation position. If there are several operation position, the
amount parts most increases.
