1 SCOPE

The scope of this document will include the basis for design of the following Civil/Structural
items:

2 DESIGN BASIS

The structural design of all buildings and structures will be based on AS/NZS codes and
standards, satisfying all seismic requirements. The buildings and structures will be designed
with consideration for the required capacity (ultimate limit state, serviceability limit state) with
a design life of 25 years.
