A RESOLUTION APPROVING MUNICIPAL PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL


(MPOC) PEACE AND ORDER PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN (POPS PLAN) FOR
2020-2023 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAVINTI,LAGUNA WITH A BUDGET
AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (₽225,000.00)

WHEREAS, a copy of the Kapasiyahan Blg. 02-2019 of Pambayang


Lupon sa Katahimikan at Kaayusan at Lupon ng Anti-Drugs : KAPASIYAHAN
UPANG PAGTIBAYIN ANG REKOMENDASYON PARA SA PAGGAMIT NG
PONDO NG KATAHIMIKAN AT KAAYUSAN AT PROGRAMA NG ANTI-DRUG
ABUSE CAMPAIGN AYON SA BINUONG PEACE AND ORDER PUBLIC
SAFETY PLAN (POPS PLAN) 2020-2023 NA NAGKAKAHALAGA NA
₽225,000.00 PARA SA TAONG 2020 was submitted to this august body for
review and approval;

WHEREAS, after a review and study on the contents of the said POPS
PLAN for 2020-2023 embodied in the Annual Budget of the Municipality for CY
2020, was conducted by the Committee on Appropriations and it was found to
be in order and conforms to the needs and requirements of the municipality;

WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing, interest and welfare of the people of


this municipality, upon motion of SB Member Crispin D. Sanchez and duly
seconded by SB Members Elma P. Flores, Marlon F. Villanueva, Ulysses R.
Bituin, Jimmy Jose V. Oliveros, Rosemarie F. Esperanza and Manuel A. Dela
Roca and Adrian O. Lope there being a quorum, it was

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to APPROVE THE BUDGET OF
MUNICIPAL PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL (MPOC) AMOUNTING TO TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₽225,000.00) FOR
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PEACE AND ORDER PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN
(POPS PLAN) FOR 2020-2023 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CAVINTI,LAGUNA

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all


agencies and departments concerned for their immediate information, action
and implementation:

APPROVED.
