1. The school will be conducting online periodic tests for Class 9C from July 12th according to the date sheet uploaded on the dashboard. 2. The tests will have two sessions - an objective section as a Google Form for 20 minutes, followed by a subjective paper for 40 minutes that students must scan and upload to Google Classroom. 3. Students must have their video on, enter with the correct name, and no virtual backgrounds during the tests. They need a valid Gmail ID to receive objective test answers and must submit papers on time before the deadlines.

Class: IX C || Session: 2021-22

Subject: Guidelines for online Periodic Tests

Dear Parents and students,

Please find the guidelines of upcoming periodic tests, 2021, commencing from 12th July. (Refer
to the date sheet uploaded on dashboard.)

Assessments would be conducted through two consecutive sessions as mentioned below:

Please note the underneath points carefully:

1. Zoom invitation is mentioned below for your reference for conducting the

assessments.

2. Same invite will be used for both tests.

3. Child must enter with video on, name of child correctly mentioned and NO virtual

background display or child will be removed immediately.

4. During objective papers, Google form links will be shared on CHAT BOX. Children

would have to attempt the objective papers by clicking the links given in CHAT BOX.

5. Students require to enter a valid Gmail ID (carefully enter small letters and special

characters) while filling the Google form and receiving their checked answers of objective

test. Keep your gmail ID and password(preferably same as in google classroom) handy

before starting the exam.

6. Children can submit the objective papers only once. So before submission they should

revise properly and check that all the questions are attempted. Objective question papers

cannot be retrieved once the papers are submitted. No extra time will be given.

7. During subjective papers children must be ready with requisite materials like paper,

pencil, pen, eraser, scale, geometry box.

8. Subjective paper will be shared on screen according to the time mentioned above.

9. Children should convert the subjective answer sheets into pdf format only and upload

on Google class room. (In case of poor network connectivity, children may inform and

forward the pdf format to the respective subject teacher on whatsapp by given deadline

but checking will be done on google classroom only so paper has to be submitted there as

well).
10. All the papers would have to be submitted on time. Children will not be able to submit

the paper after the due time limit and zero will be marked.

11. Network connection should be uninterrupted during assessments.

12. Children should sit in well-lit place comfortably with water arrangements beforehand and

they would have to keep their videos ON during assessments. They will not be allowed to

get up during assessment period.

13. Any kind of unfair practices will lead to cancellation of entire paper. Invigilators’

decision will be considered final in this regard.

14. Concerned teachers should be timely informed about the child's absence during exam with

reason. ML will be marked for medical cases. No re-test will be conducted.
