BACKGROUND OF THE PROBLEM

Biased Time Logged in

Some staff members were coming in late and would log their selves in an earlier
time than they would have arrived.

Too much paper work

Staff logging in into books resulted in too much books being stored after they are
used up

Lacking Privacy

Staff only interacting via email one account where anyone can open someone’s
email or document

Late Notices

The secretary would call each office to update if they are any notices which
resulted in some offices being notified late

PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Constructing a web application which will allow only the secretary to log in and

will login each staff member as he/she arrives providing specific time of arrival

which will encounter the problem of biased logging in. Also reducing paper work

as the secretary will save daily log sheet in her computer.

On the same web application staff members must register on the Ministry of

Health Masvingo Portal and log in to send and receive private messages and post

their suggestions after they log in. Staff members will also see notices from the

secretary on the platform. Only the secretary can delete all the posts sent by staff

members and a staff member can only delete his/her post.

Text only can be posted on the post page but on private messages staff members

can sent each other messages and documents. The post page will encounter the

problem of late notices as staff members will see current post page.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

The web application will be built using web programming languages( php, html ,j

query, JavaScript) using [Link] I will start programming the

administration account which is the secretary side where she will be able to login

staff members, delete posts ,update her login password, delete daily login after

saving ,search if a staff member has logged in for the day and also view all the

logins for day.

Then I will program the staff account where all staff members must register and

login .After they login they will be able to see posts by other staff members ,view

private messages from registered staff members, delete their posts, update their

user passwords, compose a message and also search and see profile pictures of

other registered users
