ORDER:
In the circumstances
reported by the Commissioner of Health & Family
Welfare, and Mission Director, National Heath Mission, Hyderabad vide reference
5th read above and after careful examination of the
matter, Government, herebyy
accord permission to Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad to
recruit (573) positions of Mid Level Health Providers (MLHPs) which were
sanctioned vide reference 3rd read above.
2. Applications may be invited by the respective District Selection Committee
headed by the District Collector, from MBBS doctors, AYUSH doctors and [Link]
Nursing (Community Medicine). Selection shall be done in the following priority.
1 Medical Officer -MBBS (on contract basis)
1) Medical Officer -AYUSH (on contract
basis)
(ii) [Link] Nursing (Community Medicine)
(on Outsourcing basis)

3. After initial recruitment is made
by the District Selection Committee,
notification may be issued periodically on need basis treating the positions which
are not occupied MBBS
by doctors as vacancies, so that as
many positions as
possible are filled by MBBS doctors.

the State of Telangana
The following are eligible to apply for the posts in terms of [Link].205,

The downloaded Application shall be filled in by the Candidates, duly
enclosing the required copies of certificates and shall be submitted in O/o DM&HO.
Last date for submission of Application is 5.00 PM.
First Priority will be given to MO-MBBS Doctor, Second Priority will be given
to MO-AYUSH Doctor and Third

The Guidelines & instructions for recruitment of Community Health
Officers(CHOs)/ Middle Level Health Providers (MLHPS)
1) Recruitment shall be done for 573 Community Health
Officers(CHOS)/Middle Level Health Providers (MLHPs) vacancies at Sub-
Centres to be converted as Health & Wellness Centres in State.
2) Applications may be invited by the respective District Selection Committee
headed by the District Collector from Medical Officers-MBBS, Medical
Officers-AYUSH and [Link] Nursing (Community Health).
3) Selection shall be done for CHO/MLHP posts as per the following priority:
Medical Officer MBBS on contract basis
() Medical Officer AYUSH on contract basis
(i)
(ii) [Link]. Nursing (Community Health) on outsourcing basis
The positions will first be filled up with Medical officer-MBBS, as per
eligibility. After exhausting the Medical Officers MBBS, then vacancies will
be filled with Medical Officers AYUSH, as per eligibility. Ifstill vacancies left
then [Link]. Nursing (Community Health) candidates will be considered.
For eg. In a District, if there are 18 positions and if (7) Medical Officers-
MBBS, (10) Medical Officers-AYUSH and (20) [Link]. Nursing (Community
Health) apply, then (7) Medical Officers-MBBS will first be recruited as per
eligibility, the positions will be flled up with (10) Medical Officers-AYUSH as
per eligibility and then remaining one position will be filled with [Link]. Nursing
(Community Health).
4)List of Sub-centresto be convertedas Health and Wellness Centres
Positions will be filled up at Sub-centres as per the list enclosed (List of
Sub-centres to be operationalised as Health & Wellness Centres in the
First Phase is as per PHCs List communicated by the DM&HOs) (copy
enclosed).
5) The remuneration shall be fixed as per [Link].510, HM&FW (D2)
Department, dated 05.09.2018.
6) Age:
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 34 years.
he minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with
the following reservation allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per
rules in force:

8)Method of Recruitment
Recruitment shall be done by the District Selection Committee on behalf of
the District Health Societies. The District Selection Committee shall consist
the following:
(1) District Collector & Magistrate Chairman
(2) District Medical & Health Officer Member-Convener
(3) Deputy Director, Social Welfare Member
(4) Superintendent, District Hqrs.(TVVP) Member
(erstwhile DCHS)
(5) Any other Government Officer may be included as a Member, as per
the choice of Chairman.
9) Selection willbe doneon Merit Basis
Selection will be done based on the following criteria:
() Merit Lists shall be prepared separately for each of the categories of
posts.
(a)The selection to the positions shall be done by exhausting all the
eligible candidates from the Merit List of Medical Officers-
MBBS.
(b) After exhausting the selection from the Merit List of Medical
Officer-MBBS, the vacancies shall be filled by the eligible
candidates from the Merit List of Medical Officers-AYUSH.
(c) After exhausting the selection from the Merit List of Medical
Officer-AYUSH, the remaining vacancies shall be filled by the
eligible candidates from the Merit List of [Link] Nursing
(Community Health).
(i) Total marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the
marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be
awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from 18
years of age of the candidate. 0.5 mark will be awarded for one
completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age will
be reckoned as on 01-07-2021. (Example 1. If a candidate
completes 20 years as on 01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 1.0
mark; Example 2. If a candidate completes 30 years of age as on
01-07-2021, he/she will be awarded 6.0 marks; Example 3. If a
candidate completes 40 years of age as on 01-07-2021, he/she will
be awarded 10.0 marks).
(iii) Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above
criteria and displayed on Official website of District Collector, for
transparency and also for calling objections.
Selections list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly
(iv)
followingthe Rule of Reservation (RoR) and Presidential Orders.
(v) The Selected candidates shall maintain the Headquarters.
(vi) It shall be noted that these positions are not transferable.
10) Rule of Reservation
(i) Rule of Reservations in respect of Community, Disability, Ex-Service
Men/Women shall be strictly observed as ordered by the Government
of Telangana from time to time.
(ii) The Rule of Reservations to local candidates is applicable as per the
Presidential order.
(ii) The districts should continue the existing Roster.
(iv) The vacancies for the posts mentioned in G.O.68, falling in Scheduled
Areas should be filled exclusively with the Local Scheduled Tribes.
11) How to Apply
(i) Application forms along with instructions can be downloaded from the official
web site of the respective District.
(i) Filled in application form shall be submitted in person or through registered
post to the respective District Medical & Health Officers of the District to
which the candidate is applying. Applications which are received after due
dates will be summarily rejected. District Selection Committee is not
responsible for post delays.
(ii) Self attested copies of the following Certificates should be enclosed
along with the applicationform:
1 S.S.C or Equivalent examination.
2 Intermediate or 10 + 2 examination.
Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
Marks Memos of allthe years (qualifyingexamination)
5 Registration Certificates of respective Councils
6 Latest Caste Certificateissued by the Tahsildhar/MROConcerned
7 Study certificate for the years from 4 class to 10" class and in
case of Private study residence certificate from the Tahsildhar /MRO
concerned.
8 PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under
PHQuota.
9 Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-service
Men Quota.

Note
The selected Medical Officers-MBBS and [Link]. Nursing (Community Health) on
reporting for duty will undergo 2 weeks of Induction Training.
The selected Medical Officers-AYUSH on reporting for duty will undergo (6)
months Training on "Bridge Course in Community Health".
The remuneration during
