The Maliwanag Elementary School in Baroy South District, Lanao del Norte developed a Learning Action Cell (LAC) Plan for School Year 2021-2022. The plan involves 3 phases - Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the Planning phase, a committee will be formed to oversee LAC sessions. During Implementation from October 2021 to May 2022, LAC sessions will be conducted to teach teachers how to use new digital courseware and improve the learning process. An evaluation phase from January to May 2022 will include classroom observations to assess how the new materials have been integrated and improved student and teacher outcomes. The total budget needed is 1,895 pesos.
