PL Engineering, Gurgaon as Senior Engineer-Mail Infrastructure (lotus
Domino) since Oct'2010-Till Date
Configurations of Iron Port, Domino mail servers, SMTP Servers. Defining and
reviewing of mail policies, planning and up gradation of mail servers,
configuring and troubleshooting IMAP/Blackberry devices to lotus domino
servers, firewall settings etc.
Achievement: Successfully migrated the Domino servers to the new
infrastructure with minimum downtime, planned and implemented at
architecture level.
HSBC (HDPI Kolkata) as Lotus Notes Administrator since July'2008-

• Creating and registering new users, giving proper ACL to the users for different
databases, handling the user movement in the hierarchy as well as other
changes like changing of the names, Recertifying users, Compacting Databases
at server end, working on live server console, ID file management
• Responsible for administering and troubleshooting problems arising in server,
sametime, Blackberry Server, database replication, mail routing, messaging,
policies, calendar etc.
• Database deployments, design changes, server tasks, replication, security
mechanisms like ACL, ECL and checking logs on SMTP servers.
• Routine server maintenance for minimizing server load and insuring close to
100% availability.

helpdesk level, and they troubleshoot/diagnose a number of problems at the first
level only.
