L3’s Predator© XP SATCOM data link subsystem provides real-time over-the-horizon
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) data to help ensure mission success.
Our SATCOM subsystem uses commercial geostationary satellites to facilitate full-duplex
SATCOM linking of the Predator XP UAV to the remote control facility. The command
link provides real-time control and data. The return link transfers real-time payload data,
such as High-Definition (HD) EO/IR motion video.
