Rohini, Sector-21, Sultan Puri, C-Block, North-West Delhi, Delhi-
110085, we do hereby serve upon you this corrigendum in the
legal notice dated 23.4.2021 that was already sent to you.
In continuation to my earlier legal notice dated 23.04.2021,
it is hereby informed to you on behalf of our client that under
the typographical error committed under the human mistake,
para NO. 6 of the notice be treated as per following
corrigendum:-
1. “It has been wrongly mentioned that in discharge of your
liability to repay double the token amount you the addressee
issued a cheque, whereas it was agreed after discussion
that you will give an amount of Rs. 4,80,000/- (Four Lakh
Eighty Thousand) and so you the addressee issued a cheque
bearing No. 215715 dated 22.03.2021 for a sum of
Rs.4,80,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh Eighty Thousand Only)
drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Asaf Ali Road, Delhi-110002 in
favor of our client. At the time of issuing the cheque, you the
addressee had assured and promised our client that you the
addressee had sufficient amount in your bank account for
encashment of the cheque.
Copy kept in my office for further necessary action as per
circumstances.

1/369,Sultan Puri Delhi-110086 (referred to as ‘said property’
hereinafter) and represented to our client that you the addressee
was ready to sell the said property.

client. At the time of issuing the cheque, you the addressee had
assured and promised our client that you the addressee had
sufficient amount in your bank account for encashment of the
cheque.
