Executive Summary:

This document provides useful details about our business, i.e., Bakery Items. It starts
off by shedding light on our business idea, our target market that is further followed
by a market survey which was conducted to examine the viability of our business plan,
and to discover whether we would be able to cater the needs of our primary
customers, i.e., student of IIUI. Furthermore, we explicitly stated our vision and
mission statement that incorporates our prime objective. Moreover, the draft includes
4p’s of our business, i.e., product, price, place, promotional strategies. Followed by
five W’s indicating “what, when, why, where, and who.” Additionally, the reasons of
this ideas not being executed before, Although There will be many competitors in
Marketing Gala event but they all introduced 1 or 2 items or product but we will have
introduced many products that will come under the umbrella of our “bakery”. Which
were collected through an in-depth research/Survey, After the Survey we come a
result that our target customer’s like multiple food product So that’s why we will
introduce many food products which includes “spicy and some sweet products etc.
Moreover, it provides a useful insight on the difference between Our product and Our
Competitors product. And also we (partners) Manage of work and continues to state
our inventory management method of JIT (Just-In-Time) in which inventory is kept on
hand in an amount as little as possible, resulting in its reduced storage costs and
freshness. It also provides details about our organization, staff/Partner’s and related
costs, and continues to highlight our start-up capital, followed by the details of our
suppliers, and the primary source of our capital. The draft further gives an over view
about our financial plans, and clearly talks about our business location (IIUI).
Furthermore, it determines the tasks and responsibilities of each partner and
distribution of profit and loss etc.
Overview:
As we know that our University (LBS Department) has decided to Introduce the
‘Marketing and Entrepreneurship Gala Event’ In which we have to introduce a
business Idea and Run it practically in Event, so we have select our business idea which
includes ‘Bakery Items’. Our main target is to provide customer what they actually
want, and better quality with minimum cost while keeping our Competitors in mind.
Our business Plan is that we will introduced multiple products in market with effective
strategy considering the 4 p’s. The Capital or Investment will be provided by all
business partners equally and the profit/loss will also have distributed according to it.
Also we have focus on all the cost that will generate during the implementation of our
business like transportation, suppliers Cost etc. In this business plan/draft we will also
focus on our potential Customers or Target Customers to gain the market edge.
Competition:
Our Competitors includes all those who are going to take participation in Marketing
Gala Event. We can gain the edge by our pricing strategy and Quality products. Also
we have just survey the target market by distributing the Survey form in them and
gain the complete knowledge about market and have information about customers
that what they like most and why. So through this we can compete our Competitors.

Economic Benefits:
We will ensure or promise with our customers that we will provide best quality
product and gain their trust and this in return provide our business a Economic
Benefits, Because the major problem of our target customer is quality product under
reasonable price. So we will give values towards of Customers by fulfilling their needs
and wants.

Current and Potential Customers:


Our Target Customers are IIUI People, which includes Teachers, Students, and all the
employees who work/Study in Ibadat International University of Islamabad (IIUI). But
our main target is Students and their actual problem is they wants quality products
under less price because most of them don’t work independently, they only get pocket
Money from their parents, so they have less budget and that’s all things we keep in
mind while starting a business.

Business Model:
Our Business Model or business plan Includes strategic implementation of price
strategy while Considering Our Competitors in mind and also need to Manage Cost,
and Revenue that how affectively we can generate profit. So our main aim of business
is to Provide the best Quality with minimum price among others(Competitors). One
more thing that will come under Our Business Model is Capital or Investment for
business and how the profit and loss will distribute among all Partners.
MARKET NEED:
Our motto is to offer good quality food to the students in reasonable price which will
attract the students of the university because students are facing problems regarding
food offered in university’s cafeteria, it is not freshly served. According to our research
we have analyzed that students are much more interested in bakery items like patties,
sandwiches, pastries etc., in a very reasonable price. Bakery items are now-a-days are
most liked items because they are affordable for every single person and are easy to
eat.

Opportunity Size:
We are here to create awareness to the university about food options for the students
in the university because youth is mostly attracted towards fast-food or bakery items
because these items are easy to eat. More people will be informed by our existing
customers who are likely to spread the word about our way of catering their health
needs. They will make their purchase decision of buying the products by checking the
hygienic environment which will help us to increase our sales. Therefore, this tactic
will be applied, and word of mouth will be used to make the customer base of our
business even stronger.
Our Solution:
Our competitive advantage is that bakery items are just like appetizers, baked items
are not complete meals they fulfill the cravings of any person who is food lover and
don’t want to spent big chunk of money on food because students have to fulfill all
their needs in the pocket money they are given by their parents in a month. Therefore,
bakery items are an innovative idea to be introduced in the university premises.
Go to Market Strategy:
We will introduce cheap bakery items in the university like patties, sandwiches etc.
which are easily affordable for the students our purchasing amount of the items will
be 150 to 200 RS max, which is very affordable for any student to cure his/her cravings.
Most of the items will be homemade which will cut the major cost and the products
will also be hygienic.

Our Team:
Our team is just like a family where they support each other in any challenge faced in
the business environment our team has a capability to face every challenge in the
market, most of the people are experts in marketing which is a root of any business
because without marketing no business will achieve the milestone. Furthermore, our
team is emotionally intelligent which is also very important for the business to achieve
its goals.
Exit Strategy:

We have planned the exit strategy for our business, i.e., how and when to halt
operations and get out of business. We aim to maximize the value of our business
before converting it to cash, and to minimize the amount of time consumed.
The most viable exit strategy for our business will function to maximize the worth of
the business before commencing the final stage and procedure of converting the
partners’ investment or ownership interests into cash. Therefore, one of the
significant benefits of this exit strategy of selling to an existing partner is that pre-
defined partner exit strategy will result in the least disruption to the business.
