Dear Sir:

I write in behalf of my client, FEDERICO SANSON, to respectfully request your


office for a DAR Certification on a parcel of land covering Lot 1, plan Psu-51075 covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-115705, situated in Barangay San Luis, Sara,
Province of Iloilo, that my client owns. The property is currently under litigation and a
DAR clearance is necessary for the hearing to proceed. The Certification we are
requesting is to state that Ariel Villaruel is not one of the beneficiaries awarded with
portion of Lot 1 and/or the portion of Lot 1 subject of the Civil Case No. 934-S is not
included in the areas covered or awarded to Vicente Bejeco.
