Program Title: ACTIVITY DESIGN – “DAY CAMP” for
Twinklers/Star Scouts and
Langkay/Kab Scouts
Program Description: This is a 1 Day – Camp Out for
Scouters from Kindergarten, Grades
1, 2 and 3
Pre-requisite Activity: Pre-planning conference with the
management team members done
on:
October 3, 2015 with the
teaching staff of BCSSES with
the School Head
Duration: October 16, 2015
Management Level of Program: School Level
Venue: Bais City Special Science ES
Target Participants: The target participants of the said
activity are the Scouters from
Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2 and 3
II. Rationale:
In congruity with the annual Scouting Celebration, we have concocted some
activities which aim to participate in activities that promote responsible citizenship and
leadership, engage in practical skills that will lead to profitable sources of livelihood, and
show love and respect for the family and person in authority.

III. Objectives:
In line with the celebration of Scouting, Bais City Special Science
Elementary School aims to:
1. Participate in activities that promote responsible citizenship and
leadership;
2. Engage in practical skills that will lead to profitable sources of
livelihood ; and
3. Show love and respect for the family and person in authority.

VI. RECOGNITION

X. Expected Outcome:
The scouters will be able to recognize the value of working in a group and
to effectively help the group work in a cohesive manner. Recognize the value of
working with others and becoming skilled at initiating and maintaining
cooperation. Moreover, as leaders they will develop dynamic and creative

thinkers who can disseminate and put into practice all beneficial/useful
information.
XI. MONITORING, FEEDBACK AND REPORTING MECHANISM
Proponent of the said activity should prepare a narrative report with
pictorials of the activity as well as the liquidation of the expenses to the school
manager after the activity.
