Co-Owner, Provide nationwide remote, vacation, and locum coverage for dosimetry services including
contouring, treatment planning (3D, 4DCT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, SRT, CBCT, IGRT, etc.) and chart write up.

Indiana University Arnett April 2016 – Present


Hired to provide supplemental, remote dosimetry services. Worked to ensure all treatment planning was
completed when full-time dosimetrist resigned. Collaborated with physicist and physician to implement new
treatment planning techniques.

Locum Dosimetry Services, LLC July 2015 – 2016

Provided multiple weeks of locum dosimetry coverage at Texas Oncology centers in Tyler and McAllen, Texas.
Implemented hybrid treatment planning technique. Collaborated with physicist to implement MiM software into
daily treatment planning workflow for registration, contouring, and retreatment.
