Healthcare analytics
• Built a framework for the pre-emptive prediction of rare diseases and identified medical markers to reduce its misdiagnosis by
physicians. Built a Random Forest classifier on EMR data, with k-fold cross validation to get a 74% accuracy
• Analyzed patient adherence to a smoking cessation drug and classified them as early/late/on-time for their therapy using
longitudinal pharmacy and hospital claims data. Created Sankey chart on Tableau to visualize different patient segments’ journey
Pilot Analytics project
• Identified factors that were predictive of good Merger and Acquisition deals by leveraging historic sales related data. Applied
logistic regression to predict good deals with an accuracy of 81%
