Brief Description: The idea is to design and develop application that will allow users to place their orders
online. Initially, Avery Dennison’s CSR (customer service representative) takes orders via an email/phone
then they placed it manually so that their internal development team can easily process the order. It’s a
very time taking process and dependent on large number of CSR. Now, we suggest them to automate
their order processing methodology. Using our tool Adeptia suite, they can easily place their order and it
will convert their unstructured data into structured format.

The Payroll Processing program is part of Retirement Services’ (RS) Technology Strategy which is set out
to deliver new capabilities for RS in order to meet future business needs. DI will design and implement a
B2B and leverage Managed File Transfer (“MFT”) platform which will allow external entities (i.e., Plan
Sponsors) to map, transform, and send data to Mass Mutual, and vice versa.
