This project entitles as “Digital Classroom” is developed to
automate the existing system. And also used to students for the
directly interact with the staff. Staff can also upload the notes,
question papers and reporting academic details / feedback to their
parents directly.

2.1: EXISTING SYSTEM:

In earlier days we have to manage all the work manually like


taking attendance, providing notes and collecting feedback, it will
take more time and we don’t have any privacy. If we need any
information then we have to visit college / office and gather
information because all the data is stored manually in reports or file.

DISADVANTAGES:

• It will take more time.


• Sometimes it will cause partiality for students.
• Records have to be maintained manually.
• Records may get damaged and all the important data may get
leaked.
• If any documents are required then we have to visit college
to get the details and docs etc.
2.2 PROPOSED SYSTEM:

Proposed system is developed to overcome all the problems


in existing system we came up with innovative idea called “Digital
Classroom” which solve all the above problems and help the student
to get all the access directly and easily on their fingertips. We can
get all the uploaded notes on one place, if we have any doubt or
query then we can directly ask to aur staff so they can solve our
query by replying for their panel, also we can give rating and
feedback to staff according to their teaching, we also have feature
that staff can also give feedback about student performance to
achieve better result etc.

• Take less time to process.


• Data will be stored securely.
• We can interact with staff and students easily.
• Easy to use / access the data whenever you want.
• We can give rating / feedback without any interruption etc.

• RAM : 1GB or above
• HARDISK : 20GB or above

3.2 SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

OPERATING SYSTEM : Windows 7 or above

IDE : Dream viewer / VS Code

MIDDLEWARE : Java (J2EE / JSP)

BACKEND (DB) : MySQL

SERVER : Apache Tomcat & Wamp Server

WEB BROWSER : Google chrome or any higher Version

DRIVER’S : MySQL connector
