I. Heat part A and B to 80¡ C
II. Add B to A under intensive mixing
III. Cool down under stirring to 35¡ C and add C to II
IV. Add C to the product and mix again
V. Adjust pH to 5.5 as necessary

WEYLCARE® ATBS
Thickening with a silky-cool touch: WeylCareš ATBS is the multifunctional
viscosity modifier for oil/water emulsions with an outstanding cool and
light non-tacky skin feeling. Additionally it has self-emulsifying properties
with high amounts of oils and can be used in oil/water emulsions or soft
cream gels in all application areas.
WEYLCARE® ALLANTOIN
The ultimate cell proliferation ingredient: WeylCareš Allantoin is a well-
known active ingredient with skin soothing and moisturizing properties.
It supports the regeneration of damaged skin cells by promoting cell pro-
liferation and modulating the inflammatory response. WeylCareš Allantoin
can be used in all application areas.
WEYLCARE® CETYLP
High-end emulsifying with a velvety feel: WeylCareš CetylP is a flexible to
use anionic PEG-free oil/water emulsifier with a HLB of 9.6. It is suitable
to emulsify high amounts of oils and give excellent stability for difficult
to emulsify emulsions like sun care formulations. WeylCareš CetylP can
be used in almost all application areas.
