Christmas celebrates the birth of Christ. Christmas Party is a celebration of

Client Contract

This contractual agreement is hereby made between client known to be Dr. Arnel L.
Cataquis as Host and Ms. Hael H. Quiatzon as the Event Manager/Coordinator of
Hereafter Event signed this 30th of November 2022 (Wednesday 9:00 am). The host to
engage the services of the planner for CATVII Winter Wonderland Christmas Party
2022 on December 21, 2022 at 2 nd Flr Bldg., Filipiniana Complex, Lumangbayan,
Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Both parties agreed to the following terms and
conditions.

1. The event will be as follows:

EVENT TITLE : CATVII Winter Wonderland Christmas Party 2022

WHEN : December 21, 2022 Saturday|6:00pm – 11:00pm

WHERE : 2nd Flr Bldg., Filipiniana Complex

Lumangbayan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro

2. All the tools, and equipment’s used for the event must be handled with care.
Any damages incurred by the host/guest will be charged according since all of the
tools are considered rental.

3. Upon confirmation there will be 15% non-refundable and non-transferable fee.

4. The remaining 85% full payment must be paid 12 days before the event.

5. The host cancel within one (1) week before the day of the event they will be refunded
twenty percent (20% ) of the original fee. If the host cancel within five (5) days before
the day of the event they will receive a refund of ten percent (10% ) of the original
fee and after two (2) days ahead of the events no refund will be given

6. If the number of the guest exceed more than 10 in accordance to the number
of guest in contract, there will be an excess charge of plate. 50% of charge total amount
per plate (Php 250.00) Makukuha ito sa Budgetary ung amount

Venue Contract

Hereafter Event and Mr. Fernardo A. Valencia Manager in Filipinina signed this 3rd of
December 2022 (Saturday 9:00 am). The host to engage the services of the planner
for CATVII Winter Wonderland Christmas Party 2022 on December 21, 2022 at 2 nd Flr
Bldg., Filipiniana Complex, Lumangbayan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Both
parties agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Venue’s Fee
2nd Flr Bldg., Filipiniana Complex – for the Venue worth Php 20,000.00

2. All the tools, and equipment’s used for the event must be handled with care.
Any damages incurred by the host/guest will be charged according since all of the
tools are considered rental.

3. Upon confirmation there will be 15% non-refundable and non-transferable fee.

4. The remaining 85% full payment must be paid 12 days before the event.

5. The host cancel within one (1) week before the day of the event they will be refunded
twenty percent (20% ) of the original fee. If the host cancel within five (5) days before
the day of the event they will receive a refund of ten percent (10% ) of the original
fee and after two (2) days ahead of the events no refund will be given

Catering Contract

This contractual agreement is hereby made between client known to be Dr. Arnel L.
Cataquis as Host, and the supplier known to be, Mr. Samuel S. Pascual representative
Uncle Jov’s signed this 3rd of December 2022 (Saturday 9:00 am). The host to engage
the services of the planner for CATVII Winter Wonderland Christmas Party 2022 on
December 21, 2022 at 2 nd Flr Bldg., Filipiniana Complex, Lumangbayan, Calapan City,
Oriental Mindoro. Both parties agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Food Fee(s)
Uncle Jov’s (Package B)
Php 250.00 x (25) twenty five pax.
Menu:
Apptizer: Baked mussel
Salad: House Salad
Soup: Shabu-Shabu,Hot Pot
Main Course: Beef Brocolli with Rice
Dessert: Pandan Jelly
Drinks: Fresh Fruit Juice
