8 Louver with filter as per approved schedule need fix in let pressurization fan. A

9 Need recheck with full load operation time. C

10 Cable tray cover must be fix in all cable trays. B

11 Drain water pipe work incomplete - should be completed. A

12 Operation training with all change over, trip, fault details with vendor to maintenance team at site. C

Warranty period certificate spare parts such as PC board,contactor, condenser fan motor,blower motor blade

and blower must be supplied to KOC store.
