FEATURES

Internal casing treated with high solids epoxy coating to improve anti-corrosion resistance
and extend product life.

High Efficient chrome steel impeller design (2~10HP) with HRC 30~35 Rockwell Hardness
allows high head performance and large flow application and to stand water abrasion and
corrosion.

Optional ADTC (Adapter Connection) casing cover to connect suction with inline pipe, allow-
ing surface/inline/deep well pumping up to 8m deep.

Auto-cut motor protector (0.5~3HP), double mechanical seals, oil seal design, and High Solid
Epoxy coating.
HIGH-QUALITY BRONZE : L-200A/250A/300B with bronze Upper Cover, Bearing Bracket, &
M. Seal Bracket to withstand corrosion and brine erosion, substantially extending pump life.
Casted ALBC3 material (Aluminum Bronze) impeller with superior abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Equipped with Sacrificial Anode to keep pump material surface from corrosion and oxidation in
brine environment.

FEATURES
LH new designed impeller provides best energy saving for handling high head and long
distance pumping applications.
Double outer casing, water cooling motor for continuous duty, and low water level conditions.
Standard accessories include: cable with an epoxy resin sealed water-resistant cable base, Auto-cut
motor protector, double mechanical seals, oil seal design, and High Solid Epoxy coating.
High efficient chrome steel impeller design with HRC 30~35 Rockwell Hardness, cast iron casing with
heat treatment, chrome steel wear plate allow pump to stand abrasive and corrosive applications.
Sacrificial Anode prolongs pump life in brine environment.
Optional ADTC (Adapter Connection) Casing to connect suction with inline pipe allows surface
/inline/deep well pumping.

HIGH SOLIDS EPOXY COATING is an ecological paint of
very high solid content and very low content of solvent.
Thickness greater than 100µm High Solids Epoxy Coating, provides resistance
to salty sea water, industrial wastewater, and chemical fluids, creating an
anti-corrosion layer on metal surface that prevents corrosion.

Pumps in sea water typically suffer fast corrosion that damages the components causes WITHOUT SACRIFICIAL ANODE :

Sacrificial anode uses the principle of active metal (anode) corrodes faster than more
noble metal (pump material), to protect the pump against sea water corrosion until anode
is destroyed, which increase pump lifetime.
* HCP highly recommends Sacrificial anode when pump operates more than 4 hours a day in sea water.
