A BARANGAY RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING FOR BDRRMC, OF THIS CITY TO


STUDY/ CHECK CUNDUCT A GEOHAZARD TEST AT THE AREA LOCATED AT SITIO ANULING
BARANGAY PAMUCUTAN ZAMBOANGA CITY
WHEREAS; the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (BDRRMC) requested from the
Sangguniang Barangay council of Pamucutan Headed by the Punong Barangay Hon. Roberto V. Carpio together with the
Barangay Council Of Pamucutan, Checked the Area Of Sitio Anuling Barangay Pamucutan Zamboanga City wherein to
check the incoming occurrences that the Landslide may occur any time.
WHEREAS; upon ocular inspection of the BDRRMC and committee on Agriculture it has found that the
incoming Landslide located at Sitio Auling Barangay Pamucutan Zamboanga City in Indeed has the potential to occur
any time and may affect the nearest Constituent that lives near the said area.
WHEREAS; the Landslide accumulated silts would obstruct the normal flow of the water and that should the
river became become swollen by the flood water may find its way toward different direction and could cause destruction
to Nearby residential houses.
WHEREAS; the Sangguniang Barangay Council of Barangay Pamucutan sees the Urgency of the matter
considering this rainy season and unpredictable weather condition that we are experiencing.
NOW THEREFORE , on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Me
mber HON. ALBERTO B. BANTAY AND HON. EDILBERTO E. EDIL which was jointly and severally
seconded by All Council Members present;
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY HEREBY RESOLVE, THAT THE OFFICE OF SANGGUNIANG
BARANGAY SHALL REQUEST FOR THE HELP OF BDRRMC TO STUDY/ CHECK CUNDUCT A GEOHAZARD
TEST . AT THE AREA LOCATED AT SITIO ANULING BARANGAY PAMUCUTAN ZAMBOANGA CITY
Adopted Unanimously this 13th day of August 2022 at Barangay Pamucutan Zamboanga City Philippines.
