1 .ELECTRICAL = Ensure competent electrician to do the task.
= License Electrical engineer to calculate, design and give
specification for all electrical materials to be use.
2. MECHANICAL = Certified operators and competent persons to do activity on
equipment.
= Pre-use and after inspection checklist to be done by certified
persons.
3. FALL = Use of lanyard to all materials on heights.
= Proper use of Full Body Harness with lifeline.
= Scaffold are installed with toe boards.
4. PHYSICAL = Conduct tool box/safety meeting before work.
= Hazards are mitigated to all workers.
= Use of proper Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory.
5. MEDICAL = All workers to under go employment medical examination with
PHYSICALLY FIT (Class A and B) declaration by medical
doctors.
= Certified First Aider to do monitoring on site.
6. ENVIRONMENTAL = All chemical to have proper disposal and storage area.
= Spill kit to be on work site all the time.
= Rainy season protocol to be implemented.
