ANNEXURE-V

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

 Silent DG Set container shall be of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily at
site.

 The enclosure is fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 16 SWG.

 The sheet metal components are hot dipped in NINE TANKS pre-treated before powder coating.

 Enclosure is powder coated (inside as well outside) with a special pure polyester based powder. All internal
Nuts and bolt are made of MS and all external Nuts and Bolts are made from stainless steel.

 The doors are gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to avoid leakage of sound.

 The door handles are lockable type.

 Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 100
mm thickness and destiny at 64 kg /M3

 The rock wool is further covered with fibre glass cloth and perforated powder coated MS sheet.

 Specially designed attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exit from the
container.

 Cap In type Acoustic enclosure for 650KVA and above Rating

 Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal.

 Viewing window is fitted with toughened glass instead of acrylic sheet

 As per CPCB norms with acoustic enclosure the noise level shall be 75 dBA at one meter under free field
condition for upto 1000 KVA.

 As per CPCB norms with acoustic enclosure the noise Insertion loss shall be 25 dBA at one meter under free
field condition above 1010KVA.

ANNEXURE-VI

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PRICES BASIS : Prices are For Site Basis.

2. GST : Extra @ 18% on the total invoice value.

In the event of order cancellation by purchaser, cancellation charges @ 10% of

4. FREIGHT & TRANSIT : Freight & Transit Insurance up to site.

INSURANCE
MARINE, STORAGE AND Marine, storage and erection insurance shall be to the buyer’s account.
5 ERECTION RISK INSURANCE
COVER
6 to 7 months from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear
6 DESPATCH : order / approval of drawings along with advance, whichever is
later.

7 VALIDITY : Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.
FOR SUPPLY PORTION
30% interest free advance along with PO
70% Balance against Proforma invoice (Plus 100% GST) before dispatch.
8 TERMS OF PAYMENT : FOR ERECTION:
30% interest free advance (Plus GST) along with PO
65% against dispatch.
5% against Prorata basis.

In case our Engineer’s visit is required for Supervision of Erection our

charges shall be :
CHARGES FOR SUPERVISION o To & Fro Economy class Air fares at actuals

o Service Charges for our Engineer: - INR 10,000 per man-day of 10 hour

All state taxes, levies like Octroi, Entry Tax, Municipal/Local Body Tax, Works
10 STATUTORY VARIATIONS : Contract Tax etc. and statutory variations shall be to Purchaser’s
account.
11 ENTRY PERMITS : Shall be provided by the purchaser if applicable.
The components of the DG Set stand guarantee/ warranty of its respective
manufacturer for a period of 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12
12 WARRANTY : months/5000 hours from the date of commissioning,
whichever happens earlier.
Indications of delivery are given in good faith and we will not be responsible for
delay in delivery due to war, fire, strikes, lockouts, power cuts, Acts of God, acts
of public enemy, acts of Government, blockage, revolution, insurrection, civil

14 WAREHOUSING CHARGES : warehousing expenses shall be payable by the Purchaser @ 2% of the
consignment value per month or part thereof.

 We may supply a few parts or components or items to site to provide for

exigencies of erection and commission. The scrap material generated in the
process of installation of the equipment shall also be our property and shall
15 EXCESS MATERIALS : be brought back by us, in case we desire.
 Buyer shall arrange to return respective original certificates like IBR form
III (c) /Test Certificates / etc., for such returnable items.

STORAGE/ WAREHOUSING warehousing expenses shall be payable by the Purchaser @ 2% of the

For erection of material at site water and electricity shall be provided by

ARBITRATION:
Any dispute arising out of an order / contract against this quotation, the
: e. same will be referred to sole arbitrator named by the seller as per the
arbitration and conciliation act, 1996.

 Any order or contract resulting out of this offer shall not be cancelled
by either party unilaterally, without mutual consent, after an Order
Acceptance is issued by us.
 In the event of the order being cancelled by you with our consent, we
may at our option claim, and you will be liable to pay, cancellation
charges, either proportional to the elapsed contractual completion
19 CANCELLATION period on the date or selling price of work completed on the date,
whichever is higher, subject to a minimum of 30% of the sum of the
basic order value.
 The contract or order cannot be cancelled after the expiry of 50% of
contract period or 12 weeks from the date of order
confirmation, whichever is earlier.
