LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS DEED OF LEASE AGREEMENT is executed on this 12th day of November, 2020 at New
Delhi between Mr. Tarun Sehgal S/o Mr. Puran Lal Sehgal & Mrs. Prerna Sehgal W/o Mr.
Tarun Sehgal R/o 303, Barsana Apartment, 7/170, C,D, and E, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, U.P-
208002 hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor” which expression shall unless excluded by or
repugnant to the context thereof shall include the said person, his heirs, legal representatives,
successors and assigns of the ONE PART.

AND
M/s Hare Krishna Orchid having its office at M-33,IInd Floor, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi-
110048, through its authorized signatory Shri. R C Goel, hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee”
which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context thereof shall include the said
Firm, its representatives, successors and assigns of the OTHER PART.
WHEREAS the First Party / Lessor is the owner in respect of Unit / Flat No. B-817 in the project
“Hare Krishna Orchid” at Sunrakh Road, Vrindavan, UP.
WHEREAS the Lessor has agreed to let out the aforesaid premises along with all fittings, fixtures as
per the list enclosed and connections to the Lessee and the Lessee has agreed to take the same under
the following terms and conditions:-
NOW THEREFORE THIS LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS: -
1. The lease has commenced from 12th day of November, 2020 for a period of eleven months
and the Lessee shall pay a monthly rent of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
payable by advance cheques for the term of lease.
2. That Lessor shall pay all the Taxes, house tax, other charges assessments and outgoing
payable to the Local Municipal Authority or Govt. or any other local authority in respect of
the said premises.
3. The lessee shall pay electricity charges as per actual consumption to the electricity authority.
The lessee shall also pay the maintenance charges, if any, of the building pertaining to its
premises.
4. That it is agreed by and between the parties that during the term of present lease, the Lessee
shall have all the rights to use, enjoy, lease, sublet, give on licence the said Flat and the
Lessor shall not have any objection to the same.
5. That the lessee shall keep all fittings and fixtures in the above said premises in appropriate
working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

6. That against this lease the Lessee has given following eleven cheques to the Lessors towards
the lease rent as per following details:-
