A. LEGAL FORMS OF BUSINESS
The Bento Quatro Baon Box form of business is a partnership type of business that is
owned by six people. It is specifically a general partnership because the partners agreed to
manage a jointly-owned business and all of the six owners will be accountable for the
partnership’s management and financial responsibilities. All of the business's profit and
losses will be divided among the partners. The business's six owners will each receive an
equal share of the profits and losses.
Each partner is committed to providing a fair contribution in all areas, including
investing, financial responsibilities, and making decisions. The partners will share
authority, responsibility, and duties equally. The partners committed to giving their best
efforts and sharing their skills and knowledge, on behalf of the partnership.

Partners — Each member has a 100,000 contribution to the business.
Cashier — Responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of
all cash and credit transactions
Crew — Responsible for serving food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner and
maintaining premises clean. They play an important role in customer satisfaction as they
are also responsible for checking on customers’ orders and take action to correct any
problems.
Cook — Responsible for preparing ingredients and producing high-quality food items for
customers.
Marketing Manager — Responsible for directing and executing marketing campaigns that
will help the business attract and engage customers.
Kitchen Manager — Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen,
performing quality control on food, and maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory.
Financial Manager — Responsible for the supervision and handling of financial reports.
He/she creates plans and strategies for the long-term financial benefit of the business.

H. ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
Employees' salaries are based on the minimum salary in NCR, Philippines, at 2022 per
month. Business employees' monthly salaries are based on their working hours. They
have an 8-hour workday, six days of work, and one day of rest. The company adheres
to the equal pay for equal work principle. Cahier, crew, and cook receive a fixed
amount of compensation with an equal amount of salary. Managers receive a higher
salary as they are in a higher position in the business. The total salary expense per
month is 85,800 and in two months, it's 171,600.
