Vatsgroup India Private Limited has provided a quotation to Roof and Ceiling Pvt Ltd for the supply of 10000 square meters of 125+100mm/75+75+75mm PUF slab with 150 GSM aluminum foil paper at a rate of Rs. 2855 per square meter, totaling Rs. 28,550,000. An additional Rs. 110,000 has been quoted for freight to Leh airport. Terms of payment include 50% advance along with purchase order and 50% before dispatch of materials. The work is to be completed within 2-3 weeks of receiving the purchase order or advance payment, whichever is later.

2. The quoted rates are applicable only for this JOB .
3. The Material unloading & Lifting & Shifting at site shall be in scope (ROOF & CEILING)
4. Freight shall be in scope of (VATS)
5. All required machinery like, Crane, Hydra ,at site in scope of (ROOF & CEILING)
6. Idle Charges( due to non-availability of Electricity , water , – In case any labor is sitting idle charges are Rs. 800/- per day
per person, pay by (NA)
7. The Extra working like lifting and shifting charges extra.
8. This offer is valid for 5 days only.
9. The work completion 2-3 weeks . from the date of receipt of PO and advance payment Whichever is later, These days
will not includes , Indian festival holidays , any strike , rain fall, and current Covid -19, Pandemic.
10. This offer is valid after sign & seal stamp from both the parties.
11. The quantity mentioned above are tentative , any variation in the above shall be adjusted as per unit rates mentioned
against each items.
