AGREEMENT OF ARBITRATOR TO REFER THE DISPUTE TO
SOLE ARBITRATOR
The present deed of agreement made
on…………………..this………………………, ……………………………
between-
1. Mr. XYX , aged about 58 year, S/o Mr. ABC i, R/o 123456 Rajpur Road
Rajrooppur, Civil Lines, India , hereinafter called the first party of the
agreement;
And
2. Mr. QWE , aged about 48 year, R/o 789012 Shampur Road Rajniwas
Lines, (Near Petrol Pump) India , hereinafter called the Second party of the
agreement;
WHEREAS first and second parties of the agreement have some
disputes regarding management of the partnership business, which was
being run by both the parties.
AND WHEREAS both the parties are agreed upon to refer the aforesaid
dispute to one arbitrator duly appointed by the both parties.
NOW THE PRESENT DEED OF AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS
UNDER :
1. That both the parties have agreed upon to appoint Advocate Mr. Rohit
Krshan Nagpal Chamber no. X-8 , Eastern Wing , Tis Hazari Courts Delhi
as Sole arbitrator.
2. That both the parties appoint Mr. Rohit K. Nagpal as arbitrator to determine
and decided the aforesaid dispute and have no doubt over his integrity .
3. That the arbitrator above named will go through the partnership deed of the
business of the parties and determine and decide the dispute between the
parties under the provision of the partnership deed as per provisions of the
Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
4. That this agreement shall be confined only upto the dispute of the
management of the business of the partnership firm.
The above named parties of the agreement do hereby agree with all the
terms and conditions state as above without any pressure,
duress, coercion or undue influence and after fully understanding the terms
of the present deed of arbitrator, do hereby put out hands on
