The Search for “Mr. & Ms. Denr 2023”
A. Introduction
The “Mr. & Ms. Denr 2023” is a wit, talent and beauty inside and out search of the community of DENR
Nursery Compound in leadership of Our Lady of Fatima Chapel (Pamayanan 14) organized by the OLFC-
Youth Ministry, who will serve as an ambassador of the DENR Youth Organization, in promoting advocacies in
our community. They will also attend programs and activities relevant to their titles.
Event Date: May 13, 2023 (Saturday)
Program Start at exactly 06:00 PM
Event Venue: DENR Nursery Compound Open Court
The candidates will compete on the following categories:
1. Facebook React
2. Raise Money
3. Production Number
4. Sports Attire
5. Formal Attire
6. Question and Answer Portion
Pageant Guidelines and Mechanics
A. Qualifications
1. Each block must have one (1) female representative to compete for Ms. & Mr. Denr 2023 title.
2. The representative must be 13 to 17 years old
3. Must be resident of DENR Nursery Compound
4. Must be able to attend all rehearsals, meetings and etc.
B. Rules
1. REGISTRATION. Registration Fee P200.00 submission of accomplished registration forms and
requirements shall be submitted to the Head of Program Ms. Ernest Bragais on or before March 31, 2023
(Friday).
- The candidate must submit ID (included Full name, Age and Address) and registration form thru Google
Forms.
2. PUNCTUALITY. Be on (better yet ahead of) time. The program and activities will proceed as soon as the
invited guest/s of honor and Judges have arrived. If you missed a segment of the pageant (including the
Facebook Campaign), you would automatically get a zero “0” for that segment.
3. FORMALITY & MODESTY. This is to inform everyone that we STRICTLY advise the candidates to wear
proper attire and avoid wearing body-tight or revealing clothes.
4. INSPIRING ADMIRATION AND RESPECT. Be creative in exuding the beautiful and sexy you.
5. OBEDIENCE. Compliance with the rules and instructions herein set forth is highly valued. For every failure
to comply (ex. Wearing prohibited attire), five (5) percentage points shall be deducted from your
rating/score for the segment (ex. advocacy) you committed a/the violation/s.
6. FINALITY OF DECISION of the Panel of Judges. The decision of the Judges shall be final, unless there is
an error in the computation of scores or ratings. In case of disqualification of the winners after the Mr. & Ms.
Denr 2023, the next-in rank candidate (in the category concerned) shall be given the title/award and
corresponding prizes.

7. WINNER. The contestant, if crowned as Mr./Miss Denr 2023, must preserve and maintain the status of the
crown during his reign.
Failure to maintain the status of the crown and fulfill the responsibilities of the title will result in the
revocation of the title of Mr./Miss Denr 2023 in the event of negligence in his crown will result in a fine or
compensation in lieu of the crown awarded to him, unless the winner has fulfill and finished during his year
of service and the throne will be given to his successor and It will be witnessed and must be approved by
the organization.
C. Pageant Mechanics
Each candidate will compete with the following categories:
FACEBOOK REACTS (PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARDS) – 10% (total percentage for the final result)
- Each candidate will have official pageant photos that will be uploaded on the candidates’
Facebook profile. Candidates are encouraged to share their official pageant photos to gather
more likes or reacts from their friends. The percentage will be computed based on the
highest number of total likes of all the photos of a certain candidate.
- The candidate with the highest number of likes will get 5% of the category Facebook Likes,
and the rest 5% will be given for the Crowds Favorite.
RAISE MONEY – 40% (total percentage for the final result)
Each participating candidate will have two ways to raise money.
1. OPEN ENVELOPE. Each candidate will distribute envelopes to their acquaintances,
relatives, friends and anyone who may be willing to give them a donation for their
fundraising.
2. RAFFLE TICKET. Each candidate will be given a RAFFLE TICKET that they can sell to
anyone, each ticket comes with a prize that can be won on the day of the event.
20 pesos each
10 prizes (5 appliances & 5 cash)
And on the said deadline given by the organization, all the collected money will be submitted to
our officials, who will be audited and count the amount of money collected by the candidates, this
will be witnessed by the assigned candidate and senior officials.
From the overall total money raised, 30% will be returned to the candidates, 40% will be given to
our church and the remaining 30% will be used for the needs of the contest. (Such as equipment
materials, certification and etc.)

- Production number will be choreographed for the entire candidates
- Candidates will only perform and do their best and will be judged by their execution of
performance
- Maximum of 3 mins. For each song of choice
- They will be rated according to:
BEST IN PRODUCTION NUMBER
- POISE AND BEARING – 30%
- MASTERY – 30%
- SELF-INTRODUCTION – 30%
- AUDIENCE IMPACT – 10%
A total percentage of 100%.
SPORTS ATTIRE – 5% (total percentage for the final result)
- Attire must not be too skin revealing or body tight.
- They will be rated according to:
- FIGURE – 30%
- SPORTS IDENTITY – 20%
- POISE AND BEARING – 40%
- OVERALL IMPACT – 10%
A total percentage of 100%.
BEST IN LONG GOWN/FORMAL ATTIRE – 10% (total percentage for the final result)
- They will be rated according to:
BEST IN EVENING DRESS
- DESIGN AND FITTING – 20%
- STAGE DEPORTMENT – 30%
- POISE AND BEARING – 40%
- OVERALL IMPACT – 10%
A total percentage of 100%.
QUESTION AND ANSWER – 30% (total percentage for the final result)
- Each candidate will be given one question to answer and the answer will be rated according
to its relevance, substance, & value to the question given.
D. Overall Final result will be according to the scoring of the following categories:

E. Tabulation of Scores
- The average scores in each portion shall be weighted according to the break-down stated
above then ranking system will be used. Rankings will all be tallied and totaled.
- The candidate with the highest aggregate rank total wins the title, and the next ranking
aggregate total shall be awarded runners-up. The decision of the judges will be final and
irrevocable.
- At the end of the contest, all the scores from each category given by the judges will be
automatically compiled into our Final Scoring Board which will serve as the basis for the
winners.
F. Only one (1) female and male will be crowned as Mr. & Ms. Denr 2023. From the other Top Three, they will be
awarded according to the following:
I. 1st Place. The sash, bouquet, titles and prize money will be awarded by the jury. The jury's votes will
be counted and the winner of the pageant will get the crown.
II. 2nd Place. The sash, plaque, tiaras and prize money will be awarded by the jury. The jury's votes will
be counted and the award will be given to the 1st runner up.
III. 3rd Place. The sash, plaque tiaras and prize money will be awarded by the jury. The jury's votes will
be counted and the award will be given to the 2nd runner up.
Special Awards will also be given as follows:
I. Sash "Best in Runway". This sash will be awarded by the organization. To choose a winner, the way
to parade, posing, walking, etc. will be valued. All posts will be considered to choose the winner. One
will be awarded among all the candidates.
II. Sash "Mr. & Ms. Photogenic". This sash will be awarded by the organization. To choose a winner, the
most photogenic candidate will be valued. All posts will be considered to choose the winner. One will
be awarded among all the candidates.
III. Sash "Best in Talent". This sash will be awarded by the jury. All talent show will be considered to
choose the winner. One will be awarded among all the candidates.
IV. Sash "Best Evening Dress". This sash will be awarded by the jury to Mr. & Ms. Who has the best jury
score in the photo of the evening dress will be the winner. One will be awarded among all the
candidates.
V. Sash "People’s Choice Award". This sash will be awarded by the public to Mr. & Ms. To choose a
winner, it is valued who has generated the highest number of votes through the official website and
social networks. The posts indicated for online voting and the crowds favorite during the final night will
be the winner. One will be awarded among all the candidates.
VI. Sash "Mr. & Ms. Congeniality". This sash will be awarded by the jury. Chosen by the candidates who
is a very friendly person who could win a contest for having the best personality. One will be awarded
among all the candidates.

VII. Sash "Best in Advocacy". This sash will be awarded by the organization. To choose a winner, the way
to parade and educate crowds on chosen advocacy will be valued. All posts will be considered to
