MAHWIN ENGINEERING PROJECTS:

DRY X : New Hardware configured and Automation installed at STENTER Machine.

As a Team Leader of Engineers we completed this project in the schedule time.. In this project
installing new panel with FATEK hardware and software with the automation of Gas Chamber
of STENTER Machine.

METATEX : : Implement new software and Development of Control System of

Extrusion Lamination Machine.

Lead a team of Engineers for the up gradation of PLC from S7 to FATEK at EXTRUSION
LAMINATION in METATEX Pvt Ltd.

PRINTER PORT: Software upgrade and installed Micromaster at Printing and

Lamination Machine.

Task of this project was to troubleshooting Printing Section and automate Laminating Section by
controlling of MITSUBISHI PLC with Dancers, load cell and Encoder Feedback.

GENERAL PRINTING WORKS: Communication of three drives with analog protocols.

In this project we have to control Master/Slave PLC for Inverters with analog reference.

HIGH PACK: Work on PE(polyethylene plant) Reifein Extrusion.

In this project configured all over PE plant of German’s namely “Reifen Extrusion” with my team
and also German’s Engineers and Technicians.
IGLOO: Drive Replacement.

My responsibility is to replace Hardware G7 Vector with Micromaster 440 without change in PLC
program.

METRO MILLAN: New Moulding Machine Configure Hardware and Calibrations.

This Project is not performing under any supervision, it is my private project, In which I configured
and install the Moulding Extruder with Malaisian and Chinese Engineers.

In this project we use different flow sensors for controlling tank material and a led screw for
controlling Hopper material. We have a backup PLC as Slave of Master PLC for Redundancy System.
