11th day (July 17)

I am excited because I will be assigning this day in the purchasing office, so I came early in the
logistics office waiting for sir Jerry De Jesus to endorse me to the purchasing office. Before I
sent to there, Sir Jerry orients me the flow and processes in the purchasing office. Purchasing
office is responsible for canvassing, budgeting, and purchasing raw materials and sphere parts
needed in the production so I am expecting that their work would be simple and basic as I
thought. unfortunately, Sir Jerry was not around this day because he is canvassing and
purchasing sphere parts, then I ask to go back the next day.

12th day (July 18)

At this day, I will be now assigning in the purchasing office and sir Richard Fontanilla Logistics
clerks was finally around, I am immediately sent to him for orientation and filling of documents,
Filling and Sorting office documents from their respective usefulness, and then after I am
assigned for Listing, and Recording PRS with material price and to be submitted to accounting
for funding and releasing of funds. In the afternoon, I am assigned for Sorting and filing
documents specifically Company’s’ Voucher from 2018-2021

13th day (July 19)

Logistics offices is composed of three different departments, the warehouse, purchasing, and
Finish Goods office or FG office. We are assign to cover those three offices within six days, we
are schedule three days in the warehouse, two days in the purchasing office, and one day at the
Finish Goods office. At this day I am sent to ma’am Cristina Samson, a supervisor of finish
goods office. For orientation and discussion of the flow and processes at finish goods office. At
this office I have found out that there company does not undergo a standard process because of
the deficit of manpower cause of pandemic. And because of this, they are not now a ISO
certified.

14th day (July 20)

As I already covered the three offices in logistics, I am back again to the maintenance office and
into machine shop. At first, Engr. Sharven D. Rubenecia, Supervisor at mechanical taught me
how to get the gear data, the outside diameter, module, number of teeth, pitch diameter, pressure
angle, and the whole depth. This is the necessary data to be given to the machinist for making a
gear, afterwards he ask me to draw and give dimension to the drawing so I can transfer it to
autoCAD, after I finish my drawing I past it on to Engr. Sharven Rubenecia for checking.

15th day (July 21)

On this day, at maintenance office, after checking my spur gear drawing by Engr. Sharven
Rubenecia, we are assigning to polish the ejection needle using sand paper. Ejection needle is
found at the polishing of splint machine where it pushes the splint, and it is necessary to polish
the ejection needle using sand paper to prevent the splint from damaging when it is push. 0
