BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. ____
A RESOLUTION ADOCONFIRMING THE GRANT ALLOCATION OF THE BARANGAY CONCEPCION PINAGBAKURAN, SARIAYA,
QUEZON.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disater Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) convented on November 18, 2023 to discuss
and evaluate the proposed grant allocation for disaster risk reduction and management initiatives;
WHEREAS, after careful consideration and review of the proposed budget, the BDRRMC and acknoleges the importance of allocating
funds to strengthen the barangay’s capacity to respond to and mitigate the impact of disasters;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
(BDRRMC), that:
1. The proposed grant allocation of 243,394.03 for the Baragay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management initiatives is
hereby confirmed.
2. The allocated funds shall be utilized for the following purposes:
a. Quick Response Fund (73,018.21)
b. Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Preparedness (170,375.82)
3. The Barangay Captain is authorized to oversee the proper implementation of the approved budget and ensure that it
aligns with the barangay’s disaster risk reduction and management plan.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this November 18, 2023 at Barangay Concepcion Pinagbakuran, Sariaya, Quezon.
