On the hotel's website there is a link to confirm / cancel the reservation. When I click on it, I
am only seeing the option to cancel the reservation, but not to confirm it.
I would like to avoid arriving, and being met with the situation that there are no rooms
available, especially as it will be around Christmas, when it will probably be busy.
So, is it necessary to somehow confirm this booking? I am a repeat customer at that certain
hotel, if it matters.
