My Reflections
In my 5th week observation in the high school department is the teacher always
have prepared they have to go the extra mile. Teachers need to be
compassionate and have to love what they do, the grade 9 faith students did a
cheese tasting while the matric got worksheets to complete and revised it the
following day sure learned a lot from this great teacher they need to know that
they can change a student’s life by giving them necessary attention and that
children learn more if they have fun while doing so. And teachers always checked
the attendance before she start her discussion and I love the way she teach same
like my teacher in math shall I say sir king the way she discussed the lessons I
understands well. So my observation is help me a lot to continue my dream and
the students the way I look at him/her they serious about here class especially
mathematics subject.

My Reflections
In the 4th week of my classroom observation I can enjoy my teaching internship
having on hand experience in handling the grade 11 ruby students of Ms.
Christine gay. We are lucky that she gave us a chance to teach her students. She
also gave us a chance competencies] that we will tackle during the sessions my
observation is one that I will definitely not forget. It was truly the experienced of a
life time what I’ve learned from this experience is that the teachers always have
to be prepared. They have to go to the extra mile. Teachers need to be
compassionate and have to love what they do, the need to stick to the basics of
the curriculum, they have to stay on schedule and plan lesson thoroughly, they
need to know that they can change a student’s life giving them the necessary
attention and children learn more if they have fun while doing so.

My Reflections
As I walked into the classroom all students have respect to all the teachers
especially when we see each other. I feel so lucky and happy because all students
have respect to each other .as what I observed students must have more respect
or patient if they guided always. As a student’s teacher you always listen what
they want to learn and what they have to know. Because if you are a good
teacher you will always be respect as I observed the teacher they will always
checked the attendance every time and after that the students response the
teacher quickly and when the teacher give the lesson or topic of the day the
students not participating because not everyone they don’t know how to solve
the problem or the situation so the teacher she always give more examples to
them. I liked the way she teach because they can’t proceed to the next step if
here students they don’t know the answer. Here strategy they call the students
one by one and if the students they don’t know the answer they remain standing
until students know the answer. So I liked the way she teach that’s why if god give
me the chance to be a teacher I will use that strategy.

My Reflections
Interpretations of reflective practice vary between different professions and even
within the same professionals field such as education there are some areas of
agreement and these are the reflective is the process of learning through and
from experience towards greater insights of self-practice. The process of learning
is the basis for all interpretations of the contentions term and whatever from
reflective practice takes the reflective practitioner should learn and grow from
engaging with it. Reflective practice is used within teacher education to enable
the student teacher to learn and develop.
As I observed the teacher grade 11 ruby the way she enter that room the teachers
irritated because the students always noisy that why the teachers indignant to
here students will not listen or they don’t want to learned. But the teachers
always calm herself to make here students listen to her.

My Reflections
As I observed in grade 9 faith students the teacher asking some question about
lessons of last session. She tried to speak to the level of students in order to
students could understand her. All students were true beginners because they
have passed a term and they had a kind of background in English. When students
were wrong the teacher corrected them through their sentences. This is wrong
way because teacher didn’t let students themselves understand their errors and
also she prevent peer correction. Then she writes a sentence on board he was the
third president in this level she tried to teach with inductive method. She started
with an examples and asked students is that positive sentence or negative?
Positive, students answered then she want students to change the sentence to
negative and question form, and then she explains them how the structure of
sentence. Is made and next she asked some another examples orally.
This was deductive part of teaching the teacher explained some roles and then
went to some examples and practices. In this part of teaching it was a completion
of inductive and deductive and she started first with inductive and then went into
deductive.

My Reflections
On October 26, 2022 as I observed ma’am Christine or shall I say ma’am Tina, the
lesson contains discussion about the following topics.
1. Work and the mathematical expression of work when the teacher entered
the class all the students stood up and when she told them to sit, they took
their sits at first she declared the lesson. Then she started his lecture by
relating the lesson with practical experiences then she showed the
mathematical expression in the blackboard she explained about her lesson
and then she is very nice because all the students participate her discussion
and one thing that I like her is the way she teach she has technique and
very resourceful the students very active and knowledgeable because her
lessons is very easy to the other students that’s why6 every teacher pay
attention to her students specially in discussing her topic or lesson

My Reflections
When I went to the school I have observed that the students in the classroom is
very silent, I don’t know what happened to this class and then ma’am Cristine
enter the room very sad and angry that’s why because here students cant respect
as her the students for now they don’t know longer afraid. But I believed to
ma’am Cristine because grade 11 ruby is the one section that very no respect for
the teacher because the students of grade 11 ruby are shameless. But ma’am Tina
still manage that class sometimes they can’t hold here temper because of her
students they do. But always put here mind she is the teacher and she want here
students to learn.
That’s why being a teacher is not easy to handle that kind of students. We always
bring here the professional attitude. But one thing that I learned is no matter
what they say students they do always put in your mind that you are a teacher
that’s why even if hurts all we need to do is be patient.

My Reflections
To be a successful teacher one first understand their own personal classroom
management strengths and build from those attributes equally important are
those areas of concern that could benefit from professional development or
active conscious practice. As a future educator I have been exposed to many
management styles and strategies throughout the course of the semester in
creating positive learning environments classrooms as a result I can better
understand my own personal managerial strengths and areas that also raise
concern.
I understand we all have varying life experiences that influences our perception of
things in the world around us. I fully intend to help guide students to the
knowledge needed to be successful but I will not influence how they apply their
knowledge to life experiences. I strongly feel and educator should not be dictator
in the classroom, but instead only a guide to help assist students in testing the
capability of their own learning.

My Reflections
As I observed the teachers in LSSTI high school department the teachers always
gave her best to their students. Specially ma’am Cristine our critics instructor nov,
9 2022 Wednesday they have the meeting in the classroom of ma’am Cristine she
gave and advice to the parents because someone of her students, not good in
class always absent in the class ma’am she tell that matter, because one time
ma’am tina murmuring in the classroom some student always, laugh not listen to
her teacher and they don’t have respect that’s why ma’am Cristine she tell us
about here inside especially the parents of her students and after that the parents
say mam Cristine they here happen ma’am we will tell our child about that so as a
professional teacher ma’am tin always calm here mind that she is a teacher and
never a touch her students that’s why I’ve learned that as a teacher they have all
you forgiveness respect and a mother and many more. So always ready if you are
a teacher because good educator will give you a good life.
