Prospect would provide quality & timely services to the customers at their location.
Prospect would adhere to all quality norms & procedures.
Prospect is expected to hold a stock of minimum 10kW at any point of time.
Prospect will strictly maintain confidentiality of all documents & information related to the business of the
company.
Prospect is expected to reveal all business related information (including sales, service & competition
activities) as and when asked by the company.
The company's financial mode of operation with the franchisee would be purely on "Cash & Carry" basis
only.
Performance of all assigned areas would be reviewed on monthly basis. The company holds the liberty to
reassign the said territory.
Upon termination of this agreement from any cause, prospect shall promptly return to the company or
otherwise dispose of, as the Company may instruct, all samples, patterns, instruction books, technical
pamphlets, catalogues, advertising material, signboard and other materials, documents and papers
whatsoever sent to prospect and relating to the business of the company.
Upon termination, prospect shall forthwith make the payment of all outstanding dues to the company as the
statement of account forwarded to it by the company failing which, the company shall be entitled to encash
the Bank Guarantee or take such legal action as it may deem fit.
