Gentle Cleansing Gum CH0065
This unique sensory was inspired using Arlacel™ LC, an oil-in-water emulsifier which is used to maintain
the viscosity and texture of this cleanser. The fabulously gummy texture turns into a gentle cleansing milk
when water is added. Pacifeel™ by Sederma helps soothe sensitive and reactive skin whilst protecting from
irritants. Whilst cleansing, the inclusion of several Seaton’s oils (Avocado, Apricot, Macadamia, Sesame)
exhibit highly moisturising properties coupled with Pricerine™ 9091 to help retain moisture. To further
alleviate irritable, dry skin Phytolea™ Chia ‘The miracle seed’ utilises its vegetarian sources of omega 3
fatty acids to improve skin hydration.

Procedure:
Mix preservatives in water until dissolved. Add Pricerine 9091, then disperse xanthan gum. Wait until fully
dispersed and then add Arlacel LC. Heat to 80°C. Separately combine Part B and heat to 80°C. Add Part B
to Part A with fast stirring. At 40°C add Part C.
Appearance: Yellow viscous gum; pH: 6.87 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 76,400 cP ± 10% (Brookfield DV2T, spindle 5, 5rpm,
20°C, 1 minute)
Stability: 3 months at 4ºC, 25 ºC, 40 ºC, 45 ºC, 50 ºC, light and 7 x -10 ºC/+40 ºC 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle
