Activity to work the Writing Skill

The students going to learn knowledge, and basic skills that are necessary to describe
and compare people, objects, and places, and to exchange information in written way
about: appearance, personalities, and emotions. This knowledge will allow you to
describe yourself, other people and places in a communicative context. The students:
• Identifies cultural aspects in a simple text. Identifies people, places, and objects
characteristics in a short text.
• Asks and exchanges information in an oral and written way to compare people, objects,
and places according to the communicative intention.
• Uses grammar structures to describe and compare according to the communicative
situation.

Learning goals:
1. Vocabulary of characteristics of people, objects, and places.
2. Descriptive Adjectives
3. Comparative Adjectives
4. Superlative Adjectives
5. Comparison Adjectives
6. Irregular Adjectives

My approach
The approach I chose was Focus on Accuracy, this is an approach that emphasizes the
importance of control to eliminate errors from written work. Students are taught how to
write and combine various types of sentences and manipulation exercises are used to
give them the experience of writing connected sentences.
